While I had a lot of down time in Hawaii, you can bet that I was at Forever 21 and ended up buying 3 dresses, a pair of shorts, and 2 necklaces for a mere $80! One of the shorts I bought was pink, of course. I paired it with a flowy white top and my favorite (and almost destroyed) wedges from Nordstrom (top left, pictured below). I am so obsessed with colored denim that I decided to do another post featuring just that. I decided to style my pink shorts with three different wedges, and three different white tops. Happy Friday and have a great weekend!

Weekend Wear: Pink Jeans
I visited a friend over the weekend and finally mustered the courage to put on the pink jeans that I've been talking about here and here. Like I said, I was very nervous sporting these pepto bismol colored bad boys, but it was a sunny Saturday so why the heck not? I had a great time spending the day with my friend Tiffany, her husband, baby, and two adorable Akitas Kuma and Gracie (see below). They are the sweetest pups and I can't wait to see them again soon. I hope you all had a great weekend as well!

Think Pink
Reading fashion blogs on a daily basis gives me inspiration on how to style my limited wardrobe. I was perusing through What I Wore and saw her color blocking post. I love bright bold hues, but always find myself wearing my safe staple colors of black and gray. I guess it's pretty safe to say that I have this fear of mixing too many colors at once and looking like a walking disaster. I have these pair of pepto bismol pink jeans from Gap that I purchased two years ago, but have only worn it once. To be honest, I lacked the confidence to rock these awesome jeans as they were completely out of my comfort zone. However, after seeing how her outfit was styled above, it's given me renewed inspiration. You can bet that I will be donning my pink jeans in the coming months. Below are a few ways I would style it.
