In preparation for our trip to Hawaii back in March, we went on a diet for 3 weeks. It was called a "cleanse," but essentially, it was the paleo diet. I have blogged about my recipes that were paleo friendly and I am proud to say that to this day, we stick to it during the weekdays, and indulge on the weekends. I read this post about a Spinach, Kale and Pear smoothie on With Style & Grace, and although it sounded kind of gross, I will put my stamp of approval on it! It's so delicious, and I will guarantee that you love it too. I crave it everyday!
